I've made some broad statements that were meant to be an indictment of what society says is wrong or right, good or bad, and that describe our nature. I am not trying to make the argument that people suck and they are all bad, or that the majority is bad. I believe quite the contrary. I get so overwhelmed sometimes, feeling like I'm the only one who cares that I make some pretty melodramatic statements when it comes to discussions like this one.
