Hate to burst the dream on a castle however, unless your a Duke (Keep Lot) or a Lord of the Manor (Castle Lot) these will not be available for purchase in the add on store or in game. They are only obtainable as a pledge. So the max lot size you can place on is a "City Lot"

The pledge has been changed and adjusted accordingly and this was said from Darkstarr. I'll keep up any new info.
