Could I offer a little dissension on instant crafting?

Perhaps 1/4 or instant crafting of level 1 (simple weapons, wood crafting, etc.) and then 1/2 or 1/4 time tier two (better weapons, metal construction, etc.)

Means you can't insta throw down a new metal piece or anything, but you also don't get stuck with a 20 minute build time.

insta is probably fine, but I feel like a little build time should exist for the best stuff.
