Owain's suggestion is now the default setup for our rank structure. Everyone is set to Fleet Marine Corps unless otherwise specified. Everyone's personal choice to make.
Role ranks are as follows.

CKGB - Branding/webpage editing
Recruitment officer - Managing applications
Guild Leadership - Manage Members and ranks
Guild Representative- everything
