I finally just told them, if you want me to be a developer that is fine. Then employ me as a developer and give me that pay scale because we don't get consideration for job activities outside of our job code. That shut them up quickly, and since then I have only had to focal development groups for new tools and not actually have to define, develop, deploy, and train. Don't make me have'ta Troll ya Bro!
