No one has claimed that Ryan is perfect and without fault. For fuck's sake, he's a politician. Even the libertarian lion, Ron Paul, does whatever he can to get money for his district. But, please, continue to beat this dead horse. It's not going anywhere, but you seem to enjoy the flagellation.

Without looking at your numbers, this is how cutting tax deficits works. Cutting from 1.2 to 1.1 trillion is not trivial, that is almost 10% of deficit! Other 90% will have to come from somewhere, like defense and social program cuts.

The government needs to prove to us all that they are serious about cutting the deficit before we can get behind greater confiscation of our income.
