Other than for gesturing, can someone explain to me the purpose of head tracking? Unless you are wearing VR gear, or otherwise have a screen attached to your head that moves with you, what good does it do if the perspective moves with your head?



I purchased TrackIR when Elite Dangerous released. I think you would be surprised how well it works with just a regular monitor setup
