I think this is false hope. Grinding is ingrained into Korean culture, it goes well outside of gaming. I don't see this meaningfully going away.

This is not unlike EA trying to develop dating sim game for Mormon polygamist audience. They might understand in concept what is involved, but chances of them getting it?
