If your afraid of facing the truth, resign now. The discussion was a good and open one, and clear expectations on both sides of the issue were being identified.

There are plainly differing perspectives, but veiled insults get no one anywhere, and then to lock it shortly after is just cowardice. Part of what makes KGB a great place is that people do have the ability to disagree and still work it out. Blocking that won't work.
