The top of the keep (not the very top tower) should be defendable against greater odds, it worked wonderfully two nights ago, someone was cycling bubbles and nukes with me(throw in a bow disable shot if they tried the swordn board). But you have to have two people sitting at the stair entrance ready to throw a bubble right when a head pops up, that choke point can be unreal if used properly.

Problem is everyone wants to hit the edges and rain down nukes, which is obviously needed and its nice to be able to hit the walls and bank with bubble but that stairwell choke point has to be priority one. Never lost the keep from people shooting at us on the walls, or launching up, we lose it to a rush up the stairs.

Two people gaurding it but a pvp command in vent of stairwell or something means those two are losing our choke point and everyone needs to stop shooting down below immediatley turn and fire into the stairwell.

Today when sir tups and the other guy rushed, the other guy was actually first but he got caught in bubble paried up (I missed disabling shot...FAIL) but he went back down, it was after the bubble vanished when sir tups ran up with the other in tow and pushed us off.

I've seen it work and we didn't outnumber them by hardly if at all. Of course if your nekid mana missle doesn't do much so by all means run around causing havok.

A prety strong "Come Hither" pulled me right off the very top of the keep ... right outside the front gates ... OoooOoooOOoooOo!

A level down ... a good idea.

The top of the keep is a good regroup point, however, we have to work on open field tactics if we ever stand a chance against these guys. Sir Tups, sure, is an exception - because he has an awesome character ... but those other guys don't.

Hopefully, with our new heavy armors, we can have more meat shields out there - giving those of you that picked hybird, a chance.

Higher ground along with few entry points to enter are always the best places to be. When you're on the edge of the keep shooting down always gain a target shoot then back away and gain another vantage point looking down. Simply just move around and don't stay still. Once you stay in once spot you're easy pickings.

The entry point up the stairs is a great choke point. And like Dalmmar said, once you see an enemies head bubble it. It should be a delayed bubble for the 2nd or 3rd person though. Let the one bubble grab them and the other person hold theirs for a little longer then bubble again. That will hold them in one spot longer and more vulnerable to nukes. Also from top of the keep you can jump to the cannon tower to the west, and gain some time to heal and such granted nobody is up there waiting for you.

You can jump to the top of the fighters guild as well to evade and heal and make your way to the mages guild. In which also is a great place for defense. Since the very top has a small spiral entry point to the top.
