I have found a cottage with taxes due in the amount of 2832 at Phynakh in Rubi.
I am making this post to request KGB assistance in placing the deed and to set my claim on the watched property.
I am very unfamiliar in the processes and organization of what needs to happen to make this happen. Your help is appreciated.

I beleive the rollover point is at about 3300 so you may have approx 2 days til the cross over being as its like what, 742? gold a day. If it makes it to the time out I will gladly assist you assuming I'm online and I'm sure my husband will aswell. I wouldn't doubt it if many other members wouldnt mind helping assist a safe take over as well.

3360 is the magic number.
10g an hour for 14 days. (240g a day). When they say 13 days, THEY LIE. It is 14 days. We have been through this exercise before. When the flag says 'less than 1 hour', then you have 2 hours. So you have 2 days from when it was 2876. What you need to do is try and see when the amount changes, that way you know what time it will be available. Just a hunch, see if it is 15 minutes after the hour.

Yep Squared is right.. We went through this with my own cottage a month or so back and it was confusing.

UPDATE; Someone paid the taxes... so no go.

Bummer, that sucks. Really like to see us get a house on yssam for access to Ghostly Darktaint more easily among other things.
