Mithus KGB Supreme Knight King's High Council Joined: May 2009 Posts: 1,143 Algarve, Portugal	This patch is coming to change politics, devs are directing this game to the big alliances games, with the fight for the Control of the seas, and the Cannons requirements(mines) to siege. Let KGB, Dominion and others pick an alliance, before we lose more ground.Darkfall its not a game to be independent, politics and diplomacy are important, like some people may think. This was more of the product of the upcoming patch more than anything else, people are just getting antsy. The thing is, as hard as it is to believe, this isn't a big deal for KGB. We are "Just" getting our members back, we need a little time before we're full strength - when we're ready, it'll be a different story. Former KGB Member

Only the EU servers will be going down in a few hours from now (4.30GMT) and they'll stay down for up to 24 hours. Obviously we'll do everything we can to minimize the downtime but it could take that long. Play-time lost will be reimbursed to all EU players. The NA1 server will stay up during this time and the expansion will be applied right after the EU1 expansion. Downtime for NA1 will be relatively short. This is the largest patch to the game ever, and we appreciate your patience while we make sure everything is running smoothly.
