I have been able to only play on the weekends due to travel with work and my current laptop. I have been looking into a Alienware Rig so that way while on the road working will be able play the game.

How often do you update your rig ?
If the answer is less than every year, get a 4 core processor. Be it an i7 (well, I'd wait to see what the future i5 can deliver) or an AMD one : atm games don't use 4 cores but it should be the case soon enough to make dual core obsolete.

I will keep it like a year or so until I can afford a better one lol

I have the X305 Q706 Qosmio that I replaced my desktop with and I have been a real happy camper.

I have hauled this beast to Oklahoma once for a week and it did great.

So far I have zero graphics lag and it is very stable.
