So, you've just been attacked by a fellow KGB member a couple times. What do you do?

A. Check for Tells
B. Check for Clan Chat
C. Check for Clan Alliance Chat
D. Check for Public Chat
E. Freak the fuck out everybody nearby.

Obviously everything but E. If somebody smacks you a couple times, they're usually trying to get your attention because you're spacing out and they've tried all other means of communication first. It's not a lack of respect. It's not (usually) somebody being an ass. It's most often that you're not paying enough attention and somebody has identified a problem of some nature.

IF YOU ARE NOT ANSWERING IN VENT AND ARE NOT ANSWERING TELLS, EXPECT TO BE BEAT ON WHEN PEOPLE NEED YOUR ATTENTION.

Now, that said. People need to get into Ventrilo and Park it in `a channel` even if you're hiding from the mass group of people because it's too noisy in whatever channel.

This game isn't the best when it comes to keeping an eye on Tells, because the notification system sucks. It's easier to send people a PM in Ventrilo even sometimes.

Ventrilo is `required`, but don't be afraid to contact one of the officers if you're having difficulty getting things set up.

Most of you have been around and understand the `love tap` concept already, but we have some new folks around and feel that this in-game concept needs to be restated so newer people understand what's up.

On a serious note, take this post to heart. Communication is too valuable in this game.

yes communication is one of the things that will save you from getting killed.

Voice chat is usually the best way for us to notify you of enemy nearby or for you to wake up and come help.

I will personally stab ya in the back with my sword to wake you up if no one else will.

sometimes its cauz i'm an asshole.
