It it a good program? is it worth the 37 bucks? or are there any other programs that does the samething that is free out in the cyber world.

Fraps does pretty well. No complaints on it from my end.
If you actually pay for it ( I did ) you basically get all
the upgrades for free. They notify you via email once a new
update is out, so you can just jump to the site and download
it.
