Link was changed and Channel permissions for viewing the spreadsheet has been altered to only allow Knight or above due to what Evy brought to my attention of someone deleting the information. If Conscripts/LFS or Recruits have access to these forums not sure if they do, do not post an updated link. While it was initially assumed a visitor or random guest was behind the issue. Server properties only allowed Conscript or higher to access the data. Therefore, the channel is now set to 15 for description view to make sure only full knights have that ability now.

Any additional changes should be made on the spreadsheet side for additional security.

FYI, I tried checking the sheet out this afternoon and noticed that is it messed up again. Looking at the revision history of the document, it will need to be recovered from August 11, 10:43 PM backup.

Was checking the link out due to curiosity.

No idea how someone got hold of the link to mess things up but I think you should just lock the file down and manually add peoples emails and allow only those people to edit.

I can help you guys setup if you need. Let me know.

Luckily Google Apps has fairly robust recovery retention, so as long as the owner/someone else with adequate permissions addresses the issue before an optimization/merge hits, you should be able to restore things to their previous state.

Ugggh sooo annoying!

It wasn't MY document so there was limits to what I could do, so it has been wiped and re-created AS my document. The new link was posted on the original post, copy of which is --> HERE

Folks whom want to edit it - will need to get with me to REQUEST access now.

I will be on a plane back to Oahu on Monday. There will be an Officer meeting ASAP to cover this and other issues that we need to get closure on.

Are we still keeping this up? I dont have rights to change my stats.

On my last change, I sent Tax a PM, and he did the edit. Maybe other officers have edit privileges as well.

Actually Owain has access also... if he checks his email ;-) I added the folks whom are recruiting as well so they could edit/document things on the form.

Any officer/recruiter whom needs access - please PM me your email so I can add you to the "editor" list.

Players - please just shoot a message or tell an officer when in-game and they can update your info. Not really a BIG deal for a couple of points changed, but definitely when a lot of progress or changes have been made (especially if switching main character/etc).
