NOTE: If you take this land you will never sell it for gold. You will only give it to guildmates if you stop playing.

I'm not going to play AA anymore.. i've only been loggin in and planting pines and buying APEX for monthly subscriptions.

Here is what I have.

OLLO Server {NA} -
Sandeep: Next to the Specialty Workbench
1x Thatched
1x 16x16 Farm
1x 8x8

16x16 and 8x8 are in front of the thatched so it's all one land.

Nebe server {EU} -
White Arden:
1x Thatched
1x 16x16 farm - very close to thatched but not touching

I got lucky on the EU server when I seen an 8x8 for sell and it had room for the thatched. Also the 16x16 was a cottage that I bought for 125g and turned it into a farm.


Basically The EU server land will pay for your monthly subscription. I plant PINE trees and login each day just for the loyalty and i get about 2 TS trees a month average. I sell the trees and buy APEX and apply them to the account. Plus the loyalty points I buy Companion Crust and sell them which pays for the tree's etc etc.


My account is good until Jan 26th and I will do safe sell 1g on all of it, I think i have enough credits.. if not i'll have another TS tree soon that will pay for credits LOL.

All of this land is really good for someone to get going if they don't have any type of land.

Just remember this is my guild donation and I wish for this land to be used for a guild mate and if they quit playing to give it to another guildmate.

If I did not already have too much land I'd jump on this offer.

I really hope someone playing can get on it. Sanddeep near the workbench is really good and the european property is a huge bonus.

As someone who has basically no land with the exception of a couple 8x8's I would be very interested in this if no one else has come forward already. Let me know

I would also be interested in one of your properties. I have only a shitty 8x8 but may be interested in finally owning a home.

I will let Aurok and Goriom know how I will split the land between them. I will do a random with the two names on Random.org and the first one will get the thatched and the other will get the 16x16 :)

I was going to be fancy with it but didn't get a good thing going so i just ran it with both names 8 times LOL

Goriom gets the thatched and 8x8

Aurok will get the 16x16

I'll put the sale signs up and will post a screenshot where it is if you are not online when I get on to do it.

If you go to the specialty bench and then run down the hill to the left if you are looking at hte machine you will see it.

Aurok, Goriom said you can have the 8x8 which is right beside me int he picture.. so i'll try to catch you sometime for the 8x8 but the 16x16 is all ready for you to buy for 1g :)
