Here is where my main is logged out. It's just NW a way's from the A in Arcadian Sea as described by Donk but I'm sure you could find a place just on the zone border that I roughly drew in.

What I found was I sailed until I got close then swam the rest. Once I crossed the zone border the minimap came up Exeloch and gave me the warning how I would be teleported.

I swam back just a small bit and was back in Arcadian Sea so this may work for some of you and wanted to post.

Hope everyone got near where you need to be.. Ollo just crashed to Maintenance about 10:10 am EST.. 50 mins before downtime and not sure if they will bring it back...

Just sayin..

yes, this is how you explore forbidden zones. have your chat window display system messages (not sure which category exactly) and when you leave a zone it will say "Leaving chat <name of zone>". When you cross a boundary, you are actually safe until you see this message come up. then you have a few seconds to turn back until you see "Entering chat"

All of this is moot for me because the fucking server went down an hour early.

Yeah, it crashed early :(

Just hoping it comes back on time and not be delayed because of the crash. Also hope I don't login to a nut-show from Highflyer :D

I think you can stealth before usign the portal, might be useful

While possible this was discussed last night as well..

In alpha that portal to Calmlands (where it goes now) was only a 6 hour open and closed roughly 6pm EST so there was the thought it wouldn't be up before that portal closed.

Just saying it may work or it may not but the only best bet is to be staged where Donk discussed last night if you had the chance.
