Rand's Budget

This is a step in the right direction. 17% flat tax that exempts the first $50,000 of income (support for the middle class? I think so. Also, taxes the rich, just for sini, by eliminating loop holes.), abolish the Dept. of Education and reduce the budgets of Dept. of Energy and eliminate EPA overseas spending among myriad other great ideas.

Oh, and balances spending with incomes in 5 years.
