I will be needing 3-4 dedicated people, who bleed KGB colors and uphold the ideals of the guild as officers.

Other positions may open up in the future. Currently the responsibilities include;

Invites/Ranking/Recruiting
Organization/Evaluation/Group leading
Tactics/Strategy/Event Planning
Picture and Video Documentation/Archive-Repository Documentation

These officers will not be expected to babysit or hold peoples hands, they will be appointed to provide for KGB when KGB needs it and will not have to be concerned with daily ops, or common trends or themes that people might have issue with that are not at the leadership level. I expect people to be able to entertain themselves when we are not conducting active operations.

However when we are conducting a active operation, I expect all available players to fall in and listen to the present leadership.
