That's great and all.

But they can't even fix Arcane Resist issue with the zap towers. Until they can do the simplest of things, this is just all PR meant to keep you chomping at the carrot and paying your monthly sub.

Their track record says they don't deliver. They have extremely long lead times to implement changes. When they do make changes, and things are broken, they take a long time to fix the most basic of things they just broke.

All of this is due to their extremely small budget, which precludes them to having a large enough full time staff to actually implement anything in a short flow duration.
