KGB currently has 2 "island" water villages. Geodin Song just south of niffleheim and Ashtan just south of Alfar lands.

To get there run/swim or ask someone that has a house at either to friend you so that you may recall with House Recall. You may need to purchase this skill if you do not already have it.

You are only friended to that house as long as the owner doesnt need to get someone else there. So it could be a few mins or a few days never know it is up to the owner of the current house to decide.
