Don't invest in IT infrastructure?!?!?! We spend hundreds of millions of dollars on IT every year. We have some of the most sophisticated software on the planet for digging through people's communications and transactions. You're telling me that we can do it to other people but we're too stupid to know how to counter our own technology? Bullshit.
