Honestly, this isn't the crap they teach in Business School, its not all about profits, its just that the turds always seem to float to the top because they are the ones willing to do whatever it takes to climb the Corp. ladder.

The CEO at Boeing is a year away from being fired once his contract is up because he has the same "Employees are disposable commodities to be used until there no longer needed to drive profit margins" mentality.
