Elph is correct (unless things have changed) you chose Europe or America when you sign up and thats it. Otherwise everyone is together (even Europe and America are together in a way but they have to go to special zones to group and fight)

Our guildwars forum on the previous site hadn't had any posts in more before we were hacked so I doubt many KGB still play.

The game is really fun for a week or so, but I got bored very quickly.
