It seems a lot of the people working on the project use it to generate so reputation with all the videos and webcasts they do. Its like a live interview to people. That or they burn out with the continual workload. They are behind and they have a mountain of tasks to get done on small pay.

Though Mayberry left for personal reasons so hopefully whatever the reason everything is ok and it was handled well.
