Every single country on earth has rich and poor people. That will NEVER change. Putting in place a tax system to a Government that IS NOT wasting Billions of dollars, one that is more efficient. This comes back to Canada, they have a healthcare system that was causing them havoc financially. This is why they balanced the budget and cut spending in many area's including Education and Green Technology as a couple of them. So you see, you can cut spending without resorting to communism.
