On the DFO forums, goto Misc section then goto guild groups. Find the KGB guild group, then apply. I will then auth it for the group, and you should have access to the KGB guild group. If this isnt what you are referring to, then drop a link in here, because thats the only thing I can think of.

I dont have access to that thread either. Its either a bug with the forum, and not working becauseits a link and lacks context, or possibly locked by a moderator. Maybe its a different random bug, but its nothing I did or know about, and I dont really have time to play with it. In any case, its not important.
