Slinger uses Autoit. It's not too hard to pick up if you look at one of Sling's codes as an example, and understand any programming language. You can also just google what you want to find proper syntax, like "Auto it for loop" and one of the top few results will have a pretty good example.

Then teabaggus has two macro codes in his post they are easy to understand/change, one for spellcasting one for gathering. You must run darkfall in full screen mode though, ie change to fullscreen windows key out start macro.

It will reopen darkfall and start, if it doesn't seem like it is doing anything press r to get staff/axe out sometimes the switch back to full screen doesn't get that first command and it's trying to macro unequiped and rest equiped.
