Long time no see. I for one am glad to see you back. The process for you re-joining us was discussed in the KGB Senate. I ruled that instead of filing a returning Vet application, that you be allowed to start over. You were a member of the now defunct ROHK or Royal Order of the High King, the requirements of that membership have been waved and upon acceptance of your application, you will become a full member of KGB once again. Any restrictions of rank or award have been waved.

Look at this as a fresh start. I for one am glad to see you here and voted for your application and posted my personal support.
