The only photoshopping I did was the blue decal, the nypd sigil and logo and the "cpr" which to our department means Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect.

The text "we'll kick your ass, and take your doughnuts too" were there. It was some gag some cops played on a sgt or something for some other dept.
