Man I am so steamed right now. I run a small personal business doing computer services and I ordered an older, hard to find motherboard (to match a still-working CPU) for a client from eBay.

I've used eBay for years off and on when I'm looking for hard-to-find stuff, so this isn't anything new for me.

Ok, so let me establish everything that happened between November 22nd and December 4th. I have proof of all of this too. Between those dates, I had (in order of occurrence):

====

1. Payed for the item.

2. The next day, received receipts for payment from paypal for the item.

3. After a few days, sent out two eBay messages to the Seller asking where my item was and the status of the shipment with NO response.

4. After another few days, sent out two other direct emails to the seller regarding the same thing with NO response.

5. On December 2nd, given the seller negative feedback because of the shennanigens that were going on. Comment was "10 days since purchase and no response or item from seller yet. Is this a joke?"

6. Same day (Dec. 2nd), received an email from the seller saying the item is out-of-stock and that they are issuing a refund (confirming at the bank tomorrow). This was after I gave negative feedback.

7. Same day (Dec. 2nd), received an email from eBay stating they were going to issue me an unpaid-item strike if I didn't pay for the item (yeah I was a little confused at this point).

8. Same day (Dec. 2nd), started a dispute through eBay regarding the situation and provided proof through paypal (part of eBay now).

9. Today, December 4th, received another email from eBay stating that I had received an unpaid-item strike for not paying for the item (ok, really confused and mad). So what good was the dispute console for then two days ago, right?

10. Same day (Dec. 4th), received negative feedback from the seller which states "If there is any problem we solve it... BE AWARE USERs LIKE TO PUT NEG BY SPORT". LOL, exactly like that too. No joke.

11. Same day (Dec. 4th), followed up with more comments on the seller (follow-up to his account and reply to mine).

12. Made an appeal to eBay regarding my strike with proof of the out-of-stock email and paypal payments.

Sorry for the long read but I am just so freagin' hot right now. I feel like bustin' skulls yo. What really pissed me off the most out of this whole ordeal is that he couldn't reply back to ANY of my messages but he was able to get on and give me negative feedback. Prick.

I really think this seller is trying to scam money from eBay with sellers insurance or somethin'. Well, I'm not goin' down without a fight. RAWR! BURNINATE!
