HI all,

I have not logged in because Sunday morning my account password no longer worked and the reset password feature did not send a new password to my email. I am quite sure that no one hacked into my account as I use a very good anti virus as I also use this computer for my job and the IT dept set it up and monitors it. I also have an alt account that was not touched.
I have contacted AV and they are still "looking into it".

In the mean time will someone plz pay my house rent on Geodins and I will payback twice the rent amount for your trouble.

The account is not banned but something is wrong with thier log in server..................

Just to be sure please check the clan roster and see when the last time I logged in.

Bastards, they are enveous of my macroed leet skills.

Wow this just gets worst........After going on 2 weeks going back and forth with AV, responses and e-mails being forwarded from this dept to that dept. I realized yesterday that they had misspelled my account login name
I brought this to there attention yesterday along with the following information:
1. Name and address of the credit card holder.
2. Last four numbers of the current credit card.
3. Name and address at the time of purchase.
4. Date of last log out.
5. I even told them that I recieved a one day suspendtion last month to help them verify.

I recieved an e-mail that they are forwarding this information to the correct dept...........

Today I recieved an email telling me that more information will be required for verification........
1. Please send a picture copy of ID showing correct address.
2. Copy of the purchase verification e-mail.
3. A list of any other accounts I have with them.

I have searched my e-mail accounts and can not find a verification e-mail for them....I must have lost it when I installed Windows 7 or its so old I deleted it by mistake.

Not even WOW is this anal!

I am sure the account was not hacked but a screw up on AV's part.
How many of you would send the last information request to them?
Im afraid this is the end of the road for Kobold Inc.
Im PISSED OFF!!

Tell them about the fact you don't have the email anymore and send them the rest of the last things. Make sure you're not being phished tho.

I also gave them the account name and password for the account before Sunday along with the account information and payment info for the past year.......I ask that they simply reset the password for me or set it back to the original and I will log in and change it.

Arkh what is Phished?

phished = someone trying to get your personal info for no good purposes.

I know it wasnt av But player auctions had me send them a copy of my DL... so they could confirm I was who I said I was.
