Thursday, May 12th - the 22nd marks my last business trip for several months. I am travelling to Den Haag in the Netherlands for 10 days to support IBM's efforts in the area.

Saturday, June 10th, 2006 marks KGB's 9th year in existance and a huge mile stone for our organization. As you all know, KGB is one of the oldest gaming organizations in existance. As your High King, I am calling for the partisipation of all current and former members in an event in a virtual world that we can all take part in.

This is a chance to come together at no cost to our membership. I am looking at one of the free UO shards and asking that everyone be involved. I plan to post our destination in the next 48 hours. I need all of you to sound off regarding which is the best shard and where do we have the most resources.

This will mark an unpresented show of KGB force as well as a chance to finally play with the entire membership. Once we have made the decision, I will be hosting a KGB ventrillo server so we can all work together and make a showing.

I will be appointing a High Chancellor for the first time in many months to help prepare for this event. Please partisipate in the organization of this outing and be a part of this Historical event.

1) Based on your input, and the ability to purchase and or train a character quickly, I will be choosing a target server in the FREE UO server realm.

2) All KGBers, current and former will be invited to attend and take part of this event.

3) All Characters will be encouraged to display the KGB logo in name and in guild mode.

Take part in the decision making process as to where we decide to meet. Your partisipation is encourages and will be recorded for KGB History.

As High King, I will personally be making an appearance and call on the current KGB Paladins to assist and defend me.

Please take the time to contact all current and former KGB members to partisipate.

A decision on server and shard will take place within 72 hours. Be sure to be heard and share your opinion.

I look foreward to seeing all of your opinions in this thread.

WOOHOO Now you are talking! Lets do it on UO Gamers Hybrid We are all set up and we already have the KGB Tags! Just a matter of tracking down the guildmaster so that we can get recruits tagged etc! Heres how to get started on UO Hybrid:

1) Register at Fileplanet.com
2) Download UO Gold 15 day trial
3) Run UO and patch up
4) Dont worry about registering at UO because we are using a free server program
5) Google UO Gateway and go to that page and download the latest version
6) Install
7) Google Razor UO and dowload that program (Its like UO assist for you old timers)
8) Google UOAM and download that program
9) Install Razor and UOAM
10) To get the game started open UO Gateway and find UO Gamers: Hybrid in the server list and click it and it will open the UO game and Razor automatically if both are installed properly.
11) To create a character just make your new log in and password right at the log in screen if it is completely new the game will realize you are trying to create a new acct. Accts are free.
12) You can donate to the server a receive a stat ball and a seven skill grandmaster ball this will enable you to finish your character with these 2 items.
13) http://uo.stratics.com/ is the definitive UO website for those that are completely new to the game.

I had like 5 accounts A Tower and 4 houses.. big ones..

Not sure if they still there or not.. I think bandit was playing them. I had a ton of free stuff from camping houses etc etc.

If bandit comes on here he might be able to hook everyone up with some stuff

As far as I know most of hte current UO-KGB players are on Hybrid. I am on Oblivion with some freinds there, but since accounts are free would consider ALSO playing on Hybrid. Definitly need a UO-Automap server, and I posted a link to get UO with out registering anywhere, here it is again:

As much as I'd like to have KGB as part of my char names, these are the same char names I used previously in UO, so it would just feel wrong not to ressurect these guys.

Do we have a central area of operations staked out yet? On UO siege perilous, we started out in the Trinsic area, and then moved our base of operations to Ice Island. I'd like to get my guys guilded ASAP, so who is handling that?

This is going to be a blast!

I have a nice tower and we have a KGB headquarters and bandit has a nice pad near that tower.. we should use that tower as our base of ops.. who owns the tower near bandits place? Also who holds the KGB stone at this time please post thanks
