Xao KGB Knight Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 36 CA	I don't know if this is part of their reasoning, but I can't imagine if the starter zones were flooded. There would be complete chaos. No one would be able to do the goblin quests at all. So many people would be turned off the game. Letting in a limited number of people helps this so much.
