Now, I lag a bit when in large scale pvp. It's a "slideshow" those of you that are able to handle these large scale conflicts fairly easier than 2 fps, what kind of computers do you have, if you could list everything about it that'd be great and it'd also be nice to know how many FPS you're getting when in these large scale pvp zones as well as what your screen resolution is.

Sidenotes for the Darkfall video settings themselves, would be nice as well, but running everything at the minimum isn't a big deal really atm.

I was waiting for an NA launch server to go all out and buy a new computer, with the logic that it may take a bit of time and the prices on parts that I'm looking at currently would probably drop, but I'm growing impatient. So I'd like to know what kind of machines you guys are running to give me a good idea of what benchmarks I should be shooting for when putting mine together.

So bottom of the line, top of the line computers, whatever... list your specs!

Thanks.

I play on 5 year old computer w/
2.8GHZ
1Gig Ram
6800 Nvidia AGP slot but it does have 512mb ram on it

Best thing for me is to turn off all setting in the Video card portion of your computer.

Right Click Wallpaper -> Setting -> Advanced tab in monitor page.

Turn off all Antialising / Anisotropic filtering for all applications, most settings are application based. Besides that I still get mad lag from servers.

System:

Macbook Pro
2.5 core duo
4 gigs ram
Windows XP (free hacked version)
Ping: about 230-250

I occasionally have lag issues, but it's a ping issue, never a system. Overall, the game runs extremely smooth.

xp 64bit
core duo
4gig ram
nvidia 8800 gtx 768mb
soundblaster
2 raid 0 7200 rpm sata drives with 16mb cache ea (this matters quite a bit right now due to the memory leak/paging going on)
16xx by 900 windowed mode (thinking about changing this to fullscreen when I siege, although it means I'll have to mess with my UI each time I toggle)

I get about...15-20 fps in sieges with 250 ping. In a 'no-locking' system, it's not really cutting it on medium to long range archery shots. The guy has to be within 20 strides for me to even tell if I hit him.

Hopefully when they fix the memory leak the sieges will get a little better.
