Then when building a third cannon for the city, when paging through the building screens the same flame cannon built without double clicking or confirmation. This was an extreme blow to the guilds moral, and as the one with the construction skill, I am taking the blame for this. Being able to build on double click, and not just click the create button, when lag is present is very dangerous regarding possible errors, and devastating to player moral.

I paged a GM, (Shadowfang) and he said he was unable to help or assist.

I am very frustrated as cannons that destroy your own city are useless and then to have a bug force it to be built a second time, we are out hundreds of man hours and 13,000 gold.

I am the leader of my guild, KGB - The Knights of Glory and Beer. We were part of Beta and are committed to the game and it's success. We have purchased over 80 accounts thus far. I would hope that in return, there would be an effort on Aventurine's part to correct situations like this, and or have a developer available to escalate complaints to a GM.

I was left very frustrated, with 80 angry members, and did not feel satisfied with the GM response. I work as a Software Engineer for IBM corporation in real life, and we are required to be focused on customer service. A response from your company would be appreciated.
