I found this while on darkfall forums about enabling an FPS meter next to your ping on the "system chat bar".

go to "C:\Documents and Settings\name\Application Data\Darkfall\Character\0\numbers\gui_ma nager_persistence.xml" and search (Ctrl+F) for FPS and when you find

<DisplayFPS>
<Value Value="false"/>
</DisplayFPS>

change false to true
