If the server is under heavy load you could experience serious lag but still have a ping of 200ms or the server could be under normal load and you could experience no lag and still have 200ms pings. It is only 1/2 the story gents. At the moment I think the single DFO server is getting its ass handed to it. What makes a man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?
