I just got an e-mail saying that I've been charged the full price for the game. The login screen still says 'Account is not active #3', though.

Might be for the best, though. In the thread I'm watching, the two people who have been able to get the patch installed, claim their installs are now 'bricked'.

It seems they may have fixed the patch problem. I'm downloading it now, at 500kbps.

The login server is working & accounts are confirmed but not activated yet. Once all accounts for pre-order are activated then they will take them live.
