Hey, just posting in this forum since it gets a little more traffic. There's a poll regarding playing a little tribes 1 or 2 for free over hamachi int he open-gaming forum: http://oracle.the-kgb.com/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/160775/an/0/page/0#Post160775

So far we have 4 interested, and I have a friend that's willing to play with us, so that's 5. Most people though want at least a 6v6, so we need 7 more folks in order to get this started. So how about it guys? I'm sure if we've done Worms World Party nights before... we can find people to do a little tribes

I've never played, but if Tribes 2 is cracked and available for Hamachi play then I'll give it a shot!

Well that's the thing, it's not cracked. Apparently as some promo event for Tribes Vengeance, Sierra just started handing the game out for free, with CD Keys included. The keys were limited-time-only, but the game is still out there available for download, and apparently a key is only necessary for online play.
