Brother Syev has long been at the top tier of KGB skill and dedication. Brother Syev has again demonstrated this with being the first KGB member to achieve level 80.
Even with a full time RL job, Syev has proven his extraordinary skills.
For this accomplishment, as High King, I award Syev the The KGB Silver Star which will be added to his personal Hall of Fame record.

Congratulations SYEV on being the best you can be.
