Just wanted to make sure that you guys knew beta sighup is open now.

I just signed up an hour ago. 1 page form, not bad, they do want you to send a txt file though of your system specs. Sadly i just have a laptop from work to use on the net so my specs are not uber.

that might work to your benefit, they often want people with bad computers as well because it's a more accurate representation of the general public.

I think Mid computers are screwed. They want cutting edge and low end, judging that anything in the middle should be ok. Not that people with middle line computers don't get selected, but I can bet they grab more from each end of the spectrum.

The gaming community is starving for a new epic game. I expect the same instant flood of beta sign ups for Darkfall as well.

Im sorry i had to laugh, Darkfall had it's beta sighups in 2005. I still have my beta email from then lol.
I dont see beta comming out anytime soon and when and if it does, i wonder if it will be behind other games as far as graphics, engine, servers, etc.
From thier last update stateing what they have finished, you wonder wtf they have been doing in two years or if they just didnt state all they have done on the game and just went over basics.
Also Warhammer beta is due out near end of this year.
Just have to ask yourself, do you want an rvr game. Or do you want a FFA pvp game.
