This is a realization that is long overdue. Often when you point this out, people will attack the straw-man of lawlessness, as if recognizing that law equates to violence and understanding that your regulations are in fact enforced by he barrel of a gun somehow would preclude having any laws or regulations.

Maybe false pacifism will finally make its long overdue exit.
