Well the hard drive in my machine finally died. Thanks to Zsane's incredible help I'll be getting a new one in on Wednesday and learning to install it. Should be entertaining.

Other than work I have no access to a computer so let's hope all goes well on Wednesday.

EDIT: I blame Romeo for making me take 10 portals in 5 minutes :P

Make sure to pickup an SSD

Don't worry Goriom, I showed him the ways of the SSD and we should have everything back up and running Wednesday evening if all goes as planned.

I educated the Donk on SSD. He will be buying a decent SATA here shortly for his "dumping ground".

Yeah I run an SSD along with a standard 7200RPM 1TB storage HD to get the best of both worlds. It's a very nice setup indeed!

I'm available if you need help with configuration, Donk. Just lemme know.

Edit: Oh and Donk, don't forget to order a SATA cable if you are grabbing up another HD. Unless you found another one laying around you'll need an extra.

That's what I have as well on my yellow hornet. Twin Intel SSD 512GB and a 2 TB 7200 Raptor SATA as the dumping ground. It's time for a new vid card though once the next cycle of Direct X titles hit.
