Just wondering what everyone is playing and where they will be starting.

I will probly roll a Human Female... More then likely Warrior at first.. but will switch to primalist later. Since most of my Prowess will be put into crafting masteries for the first bit. I play on a Guild Owned account though. If I was like you playing on my own account, I would just roll Prim first. I like being a healer type though. Warrior is fun to play though. It is what I rolled around as for the most part during 80% of beta.

I am still debating between Warrior and Elementalist. I would like playing both.

you can always switch later on if you wish.. that is the nice thing about the role system they have.

Stats and everything switch?

Does Primalist use Wisdom? If so I think I would go Dwarf again.

Stats never change between rolls... just the skills associated with each roll that would change. Only things you have put points into will be there when you switch back n forth...

but you spent Prowess on stats as well right? If I take my warrior up to 120 STR and have 80 int, then when I switch to elementalist it would be from an 80 int that I would cast my spells?

correct. you would still have your STR that you spent as well.

the INT helps build your mana pool and the magnitude of your spells as well I believe.
