In my opinion the best set of crew in the airship must try to benefit everyone equally, for now we already have amenities that benefits the wizards, bards, sorcs, and even some clerics with +1 int and +1 car(to a total of 10% as a D&D paper rules as i said before in my other post here) the warrior classes have the training dummy(+2 to attacks total 10% bonus to warrior classes) specialist classes mostly benefits of almost everything so the amenities are well balanced... House deneith(+1ac and 1/-), Kobold vaeri(+1 all saves,+1 attack rolls, +1 ac) and House Jorasco Healer(+10% heals received) will be the best option because it benefits all the classes in a well balanced way, any other combination will give someone one kind of buff that will be really useless(as an example the gold seal scholar will be useless for my barbarian but good to wiz and sorcs, gold seal darguun will be great for my barbarian but useless to wiz and mages...) to make turns with then is not a good idea in my opinion because someone will always miss one or another buff, but the way i said here i think it will benefit us all at the same time wink
