Technically Jet, Bugs and friends were created long before
1980. They were merely on TV during the time period in
question. They were good though

Typically the ones I watched were as follows:

1) He-Man
2) Thundercats
3) GI-Joe
4) Transformers
5) Ducktales

90's ? Well, I was already in the Navy by this time so
my toon watching was somewhat limited

However, those that I got to see from time to time that
I actually enjoyed were:

1) Futurama
2) Animaniacs
3) SouthPark
4) TinyToons
5) Gargoyles
