Thanks JetStar! beer

Also, a special thanks to all of the BDO KGB members and Conscripts whom showed up on the battlefield on Independence Day today to represent and try to capture our own node!

In today’s action we were hopeful that the holiday would reduce the number of potential rivals for the node and if anyone did show up to contest it they would have smaller numbers due to it being the 4th of July. Well, it ended up that our opponent was the guild “Eternidad”, a competitive PvP guild based out of Brazil. Ooops – yea no 4th of July holiday celebrations there! facepalm

One of our alliance guild <<REDACTED>> placed a Node Fort and fielded 15 folks to assist. Another alliance guild <<REDACTED>> rushed to assist at the last minute but sadly they were unable to complete their Node Fort in time (so it was removed from the playing field by the system) leaving our 10 KGB and 15 <<REDACTED>> to face Eternidad; whom fielded an estimate of 30+ players with an amazing fortification and position (kudos to them on that)! <<REDACTED>> became the primary focus-target for our rivals; so KGB folks focused on assault and taking the fight to Eternidad and causing disruption with their assault on <<REDACTED>>. We did a tremendous job of beating on their defenses and hit their base many times. We literally POUNDED them on many occasions, and took many hits ourselves – but they definitely had the numbers and defenses in their favor.

Unfortunately, I didn’t take any screenshots. BAD HC Taxman… BAD, BAD, BAD!!! Sorry – I was having way too much fun on the front lines, what else can I say?! KGB did set up some assault waves with awesome staggered volleys of Rangers firing “Ultimate: Descending Current” – essentially a HUGE cloud of arrows shot into the sky that come down as an AOE/line. Our Wizards, Sorcerers, Witches advanced and fried people whom were downed, and our top-end death dealers were KGB Knight Tamlin (“Tam_Lin”) and KGB Knight Xavious (“Alira”) whom racked up impressive kills (CONGRATS!!). Also our Knights and Conscripts learning and improving their PVP did an AWESOME job with the assault as well; an exceptional field training exercise! But sadly once <<REDACTED>>’s base fell – ours was next. The struggle lasted over 2 1/2 hours, but if we could have lasted that last half-hour (3 hour time limit on Node Battles) it would have been a stalemate with no winner.

After our tower fell; global chat was lit up with kudos and GG/GJ’s from Eternidad Clearly they were impressed (and perhaps at some points overwhelmed) with the assault that we put down on them. If we would have had more KGB numbers or if <<REDACTED>>’s Node Fort had been complete – it would have definitely become a much different ending.

Tomorrow? A group of us are going to explore the Black Desert for the first time!

Enlist with the KGB BDO FACTION TODAY!!

7-day eval codes are standing by!

Note: <<REDACTED>> were the actual supporting guild names, as members of the Alliance are "stealthy" I needed to 'cleanse' them from the post.
