lulz I knew I'd get a kick out of seeing you stuck tbh I wasnt even sure Texas had any cave systems, I know for me back home in Minnesota there were many

This is my 5th cave. There are hundreds in central Texas. I think there are over 300 caves within 100 miles of Sonora alone. This was the 2nd best that I have been in (Caves of Sonora). Longhorn Caverns was special because I got to go swimming 1/2 mile underground.

Ya many of the cave systems in MN have water in them, water so clear you cant believe it huge formations and deposits, vaulted domes etc, I am no spelunker but there are several that were opened to the public and you can tour parts that are structurally safe and it is amazing how quiet and dark they are.

Dark indeed. The pictures are with the camera flash. It didn't look anything like that for me. The light on my head was it. And when we'd take breaks, everyone would turn out the head lamps. It doesn't get any darker than that.

BTW commenting on that 2nd pic and oh yes I've copied now and going to do some 'Shop work once I have a free minute this week (which most likely won't happen, so don't worry)
